What a 360° virtual tour is

A 360° virtual tour links panoramic photos taken at points throughout a venue. Visitors look around on their phone or computer and step from one point to the next. Seeing a hotel room before booking, checking a restaurant's terrace or walking through a school's classrooms gives a sense of place that a photo gallery cannot.

Our archive includes 360° shoots for hotels and bungalow resorts. The shot on this page is from the living room of one of them.

How we shoot it

  • Route plan: which rooms and areas, which capture points, and in what order visitors will move.
  • Venue preparation: lights, curtains, tables and clutter; the venue should be empty or quiet.
  • Capture: several exposures at every point so windows and interiors both read correctly.
  • Stitching and clean-up: seams, horizon and colour checked by hand.
  • Linking: transitions between points and, where useful, information hotspots.

Where it is published

The tour is linked to your business location on Google Maps, so anyone who finds you in Maps or search can step inside. The same tour can be embedded on your website with a Krpano-based player, so visitors explore the venue without leaving your site. If we build your website, we place the tour directly on the room, hall or menu pages.

Which venues it suits

  • Hotels and bungalow resorts: room types, lobby, pool, restaurant and gardens.
  • Restaurants and cafés: dining room, terrace, private areas and event layouts.
  • Schools: classrooms, labs and sports areas, for parent open days.
  • Clinics and gyms: waiting areas, treatment or training rooms and equipment.
  • Wedding and event venues, shops and showrooms.

What you get and timing

A tour published on Google Maps, a player or link to embed on your website, and the individual 360° panorama files. Shooting time depends on the number of points and the size of the venue; a restaurant with a few rooms and a resort with several buildings are not planned the same way. We set the date and number of points together in the proposal. 360° virtual tours are not part of monthly content work and are priced separately.

Renovations, seasons and personal data

When a venue changes, the tour goes out of date: a new terrace, refurbished rooms, or a resort that looks different in winter and summer. Because we keep every panorama in our archive by client and shoot day, we can update only the points that changed instead of reshooting the whole tour.

A 360° frame sees in every direction, so we make sure nobody is left in the shot. If staff or guests will appear on the day, we place a privacy notice at the entrance and collect explicit consent from anyone featured; where needed we blur faces and number plates before publishing.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who makes the best 360° virtual tours in Trabzon?

Look at tours that are live on Google Maps, stitching quality at doors and windows, and whether the tour can also be embedded on your site. Ask for a live example; we show our live tours on a call, and 360° tours are priced separately.

Do you shoot 360° virtual tours for Google Maps in Trabzon?

Yes. We capture and stitch 360° panoramas of the venue and link the tour to your business location on Google Maps, so people who find you on the map can look inside.

Can we put the virtual tour on our own website?

Yes. The tour can be embedded with a Krpano-based player, so visitors explore the venue without leaving your site. If we build your website, we place the tour directly on the relevant pages.

Do we have to close the venue for a 360° shoot?

The venue should be empty or quiet, because a 360° frame sees in every direction and anyone inside ends up in the picture. We schedule the shoot before opening, after closing or at a quiet hour.

Do we need to shoot every hotel room?

Usually not. One example of each room type plus the lobby, restaurant, pool and shared areas is enough. We decide the capture points together in the route plan.

How much does a 360° virtual tour cost?

We don't publish packages or price lists. A 360° virtual tour is a separate service and is priced separately; we send a written proposal based on the number of points, the size of the venue and where it will be published.
