Privacy notice (KVKK)

This is an English translation for convenience; the Turkish text is the binding version.

1. Data controller

Under Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the data controller is 404v Productions (Trabzon, Türkiye). You can reach us at hello@404v.productions.

2. What we process

• Identity and contact: full name, e-mail address, phone number.
• Business details: business or brand name, city.
• Your request: services of interest, timing, preferred contact channel and your message.
• Security: the time of the request, IP address and browser information.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to answer your request, contact you and prepare a proposal (KVKK art. 5/2-c: directly related to entering into a contract). We keep the IP address and time to prevent abuse of the form (KVKK art. 5/2-f: legitimate interest).

Your data is not used for marketing and is never sold or handed to third parties.

4. Collection and transfer

Data is collected electronically, to the extent you send it through the contact form on this site, by e-mail or on WhatsApp. Form data is stored on the server that hosts this site and only the team answering your request can access it. It is not transferred to anyone else unless the law requires it.

5. Retention

Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 12 months at the latest. Security records (IP address, time) are deleted after 90 days. If a request leads to a contract, the statutory retention periods apply.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know who it has been transferred to, ask for correction, deletion or destruction and for third parties to be notified, object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

7. Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no analytics. For the page-transition effect your browser keeps a temporary session entry (sessionStorage) with no personal data, deleted when you close the tab.
